Saddle Fitting Service

Whether you are coming to the shop or buying online please take a moment to read through our saddle fitting notes to help you through the process.

A) Purchasing from the Shop.

Once you have decided you would like to purchase a new saddle from Elite Saddles, please contact us so that an appointment can be made with the Saddler.  This can either be done at the shop or at your yard provided it is within the Saddler’s call out area. 

If you purchase the saddle from us there will be no fitting fee.  However, if you decide not to purchase one of our saddles there will be a charge of £50.00 for the saddle fitting advice, template for future use and travel expenses.  If a new saddle has to be ordered then a 50% deposit will be taken on the day.  This is non-refundable should you change your mind about having the saddle. 

You can also bring your horse over to the shop where we have full facilities. There are no charges if a saddle is purchased and again if not there will be a £40 charge for our saddler and the arena.

B) Purchasing Online

All saddles can be purchased from Elite Saddles either online via Worldpay, or over the phone.  We do however advise that you contact us by phone prior to ordering a saddle so that we can ensure that you are purchasing the correct saddle for your needs.

All saddles must be paid for in full. Elite Saddles appreciate that you need to ensure a correct fit but we ask that you do this with a thin cloth and only lightly girth the saddle up. If it does not fit the saddle must be returned within 7 days and there will be a minimal charge of £25.00 for handling with exception of the postage.

IF THE SADDLE HAS BEEN SOILED OR RIDDEN ON YOU WILL WITHOUT EXCEPTION BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 10% CHARGE OF THE VALUE OF THE SADDLE.
