1) Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the catalogue, click on the items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details to satisfy the order.
UK customers can either pay using a credit card or sending a cheque made payable to Elite Saddles prior to dispatch. Please write your address and bankers card number on the back of the cheque. Credit card payments will not be processed until the order is dispatched. Cheques will be processed upon receipt.
On delivery, the buyer shall examine the goods for defects and completeness. Any discrepancies with the order delivered are to be notified within 3 days of receipt. In all cases, any complaints are to be put in writing and will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt. In all cases, a signature "unexamined" shall be deemed to be an unconditional acceptance of the goods.
For any damaged or non-delivery of goods duly notified in accordance with the above shall in any event be limited to replacement of goods within a reasonable time ( or at our discretion, refunding the price thereof) whether the damage, or non delivery is due to Elite Saddles negligence or otherwise.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed the order. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. Some items may take up to eight weeks to be delivered but you will be informed of any such delays.
Special Order Items: All items ordered specially i.e. outside our usual stock are non- returnable.
Prices include VAT where this is applicable. Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the website, however we reserve the right to discontinue any items from those shown and to amend prices where necessary.
4) Credit Card Security
Credit Card Security is provided through Worldpay, the world’s leading internet credit card clearing company. You will receive online confirmation of payment authorisation. We will cross check and verify orders, so you may receive a phone call or email to confirm your order.
Elite Saddles takes all reasonable care, in so far as is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
5) Postage and Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods within 3 days of receiving an order. However, at times of exceptional demand delivery may be extended, in such cases you will be informed accordingly.

6) Customer cancellation of orders
Orders and parts thereof may be cancelled only by the written acceptance by Elite Saddles of such cancellation. We reserve the right to charge the purchaser with the amount of any losses or expenses directly or indirectly resulting from such cancellation. If we do not accept the cancellation, we reserve the right to recover the invoice price together with any additional losses incurred. If we have placed a deposit with a manufacturer or supplier in respect of an order, we may require you to reimburse such sum in the event of cancellation.
7) Returned Goods
A full refund (less postage and packaging) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled within 14 days. Alternatively, the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after the 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please pack carefully to avoid damage and return with the Returns form included with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage with goods returned for exchange.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance if making a return as we are unable to compensate for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
