Saddles Direct and Elite Saddles are pleased to offer “Saddle Health Check” sessions at your yard. We are operating this service within a 30 mile radius of our shop (Postcode PR6 8PG) but please contact us if you have any enquiries or are unsure about how far away you are.

During the session your saddle will be checked to ensure it fits both you and your horse. Advice will also be given by our qualified saddle fitter with regards to its current condition. A report sheet will be provided giving clear information on the fit of your saddle and if any maintenance is required.

These sessions can be offered to groups of 3 -5 owners on an appointment system at half the normal fitting charge (£20 per saddle). Please note permission from the yard owner / manager is required and to fully assess the fit of your saddle a ridden session will be needed. Please bear this in mind so that a suitable riding area is available.

If there are more than 5 owners wishing to take part this can be accommodated with plenty of prior notice.

Hopefully, your saddle will not need any maintenance and fit well. If, however this is not the case Saddles Direct and Elite Saddles would be more than happy to offer you further advice and support. Please remember that you are under no obligation to use Saddles Direct or Elite Saddles following the “Saddle Health Check” session however we hope that you value the advice provided and feel confident to work with our staff to maintain your saddle in good repair or find one that fits you and your horse perfectly.
